How should we judge a government?

Some classified advertisements which tickled me

"BMW 735i 2004/2008 push start..." in the old days 'push start' meant having to push a car (having a weak battery) with someone in the driving position controlling the clutch and throttle and the ignition on, hoping to get it started.

"BMW Z3 Cabrio '98 expert owner..." do we need an expert to be car owner or having an expert owner is supposed to be a plus point?

Saw a full page colour advertisement of Vauxhall Agila in a foreign magazine with a sign (in place of the number plate) Agila Design! Not sure if others in Malaysia reading it would feel the same but it sure sounds like 'A gila Design' which in English/Malay (which is common here) means 'A mad design'!
