Imagine walking on the bridge provided for pedestrians, like any law-abiding citizen would for safety reasons... and a huge tipper truck (the tipper still in the tipping position) came along the highway and crashed on the bridge, bringing down half of it! This happened in Istanbul, Turkey and the person survived... probably too traumatized to be able to go on any such bridge ever! He should be exempted from this rule with some kind of certification in future...
