which is preferred?
I chanced upon this in The New Sunday Times:
Tan Sri G. Gnanalingam: Why Zaki should be Man of the Year
http://www.nst.com.my/nst/articles/22nana/Article/
I wonder how many Malaysians would agree with Tan Sri on this matter.
We have read enough of comments on cases decided by our higher courts and we have this perception that the higher they go, the decisions get more bewildering.
We have also heard of 'justice delayed is justice denied' but at least, it carries some hope of justice even if it is delayed.
If we assume that our High Courts, Court of Appeal and Federal Court have not been fair in deciding cases, what good is it when cases are swiftly handled with efficiency but not necessarily just?
