Both the above numbers, if according to strict rules, are not supposed to be so close to the registration letters. But it is quite common to see such anomalies in enforcement.
This picture could have been doctored because it should not be allowed to have the 8 looking like B, unless the owner is such a big boss that the police and JPJ would not dare touch him.Link
