Phishing by insiders?

Despite the obviously poor command of English eg. 'do' instead of 'due'
and other major errors, the fact that the account holder did have
problems accessing Maybank2u, makes him wonder...

I have clicked the link and it looked authentic... now I am not too sure...
If really from Maybank, then the standard of English leaves much to be desired.
