Sorry, I do not have a translated version of this Chinese blog post. But just looking at the pictures, I figure that certain parts of this bridge are made of styrofoam, just like what film studios used to make buildings for filming purposes. The gall of whoever was the contractor in trying to fool the state government! But it should have involved sub-contractors, main contractors, supervisors and engineers before payments were made. They should be held accountable for such shoddy work...
