Lifts for KTM Kampar rail station, what about Batu Gajah?

MCA, is this the way to show that having the Transport Ministry portfolio, you can show us what you could do to look after your constituency (Lee Chee Leong is MP for Kampar), and snub Batu Gajah which is under DAP MP, Fong Po Kuan?
