I have finally found Momoe, without knowing her full name. I was given a Japanese cassette tape back in the 80s and lost it. I asked my daughter about Momoe, thinking she must be so well known, but it was as early as in the 70s, and Cheng was there long after that, in year 2000! Well, I tried wikipedia and managed to track down the only name on the list of well known singers with such a first name. Well, I can still recognize the tune, and will be tracking others too...
