How should we judge a government?

The Bulgarian connection

A recent picture of Mariya and Sasho, on our way to Penang by ferry.

Cheng's recent holiday in Malaysia was hectic: ex-collegemates' wedding; taking her Bulgarian friends round in West Malaysia; then to Mulu caves in Sarawak; then back in KL to usher in the new year with some collegemates. One of the hosts for the event welcomed the Bulgarians to join because his father happens to be Honorary Consul to Bulgaria! What a small world.

Mariya works for International Organization for Migration in Brussels while Sasho works for their Bulgarian Finance Ministry.
