I took notice of a slip which came with Telekom bill, on how to sign up for TM Rewards. Since we are currently using a broadband package which costs around Rm100 a month, I thought it would be wise to fill in on my wife's behalf.
There was no problem filling in the initial part where I left out her mobile number. Further, I had to fill in the address and under 'City' there was no city which could be selected and it was impossible to key in any detail. Looking round, there was spot which I could click for help. But while filling in the many details (you need Help to get Help, I suppose) under required fields with a red asterisk, was one for mobile number! Without this, I was not able to go any further. But since my wife is now overseas, the last thing I want is a message from TM informing on something as unimportant as a TM Rewards application. So it is another of those invitations full of promise, but filled with obstacles until you are fed-up and will likely give up.
