Can the next redelineation exercise ignore exceptionally large constituencies?

DAP would have won 'hands down' if winning with big majorities is a factor in awarding points:

Out of the top 20, there are 16 from DAP, 2 from PKR, 1 each from PAS and BN-Umno.
In other words, only 1 out of the top 20 with biggest majority is from BN, and he happens to be our PM, Najib Tun Razak.

If previous redelineations had been fair over the years, this lop-sided unfairness against the opposition would not have happened.

Taking a quick browse of the full list of parliamentary seats, the largest seems to be P109 Kapar, Selangor, with a total of 144,159 voters; while the smallest seems to be P125 FT Putrajaya, with a total of only 15,791!

Kapar was won by G Manivannan Gowindasamy (PKR) who garnered 69,849 votes with a majority of 23,790; while Putrajaya was won by Umno Secretary-General, Tengku Adnan who received 9,943 votes with a majority of 5,541.

There is no difference between the two parliamentary constituencies, other than one has almost 10 times the number of voters compared with the other. 5 years ago, Putrajaya had just over a third of the present number.  Instead of feeling small for having won in the smallest constituency, I am sure Tengku Adnan was proud to have defeated PAS VP, Husam Musa. With all the unfair advantages of incumbency and 'enforced' support from the civil servants (who are expected to support BN or fear their support would be known), and the last-minute goodies unashamedly distributed by caretaker PM, had Tengku Adnan lost, then it would have been most surprising.

Update: Pekan stood out like a sore thumb, when compared to Kuantan, the largest town in Pahang...have they over-stretched themselves in their efforts to ensure victory for Najib?
