Many fair-minded Malaysians would empathise with Tan Zhong Yan's letter to Malaysiakini:
"If all that was said by private investigator P Balasubramaniam and lawyer Americk Sidhu was true, then all Malaysians should give these two individuals their highest respect.
They have risked their lives for the truth and justice.
Especially Americk; there was no need for him to break the promise as his client Bala had died.
But he was willing to sacrifice his word for justice. He has made me to believe that justice exists.
He has made me to believe that there is still someone out there who is willing to fight for justice..."
