is you tend to appear naked.
SELCAT should be commended for having started the initiative of having hearings for complaints against the Selangor administration. In so doing, it has open itself for all to see and inevitably, criticisms like those below:
The People's Parliament (Haris Ibrahim) :
SELCAT: Selective Competency, Accountability, Transparency?
Rocky's bru: 'Sweeping sand under the carpet in Selangor':
I am sure the Selangor Pakatan are well equipped to answer all kinds of criticisms in their endeavour towards good governance.
Like a court hearing, there are rules and regulations to follow. One good example when you are a witness in court is that the questions are framed for you to answer 'Yes' or 'No' and I am sure many a witness wished they were allowed to speak more, but the Court will allow him or her to speak through his or her lawyer who knows 'court procedure and language' so to speak.
One thing I wish to point out is that there is now a refreshing change where there is a venue for public complaints under Pakatan when there were none under Barisan. We should give them a chance to make amends if there were any shortcomings. Where were the critics when Barisan went on a spending spree with impunity?
