His fuzzy logic:
Tan Hoon Cheng reported what was said by Ahmad Ismail and she got arrested.
Utusan Melayu reported what Teresa did not do, Teresa got arrested.
His reason for using ISA to arrest Tan was to protect her because she was in danger! Even his fellow ministers could not understand nor agree with his rationale.
ISA is a draconian law and it is very dangerous indeed in the hands of someone who is blur.
