The success of Penang since Pakatan took over was despite harassment from local BN leaders without rhyme or reason, and without control over local transport, education, health and other important ministries. There is no doubt about political differences hindering many important decisions. So what Dr. Chua claimed about Penang is the only port yet to be privatised and that those privatised had seen tremendous growth: what could LGE do if everything is still in federal BN control? Allow him a chance to do so, then only will it be fair to criticize.
