How should we judge a government?

Being in the wrong place... at the wrong time?


This picture, apparently taken in Taiwan, shows the two poor girls in the nude among a crowd more interested in what was going on the stage!

Makes me wonder why they were there without clothes in the first place, and who made the blunder of having them in such an unenviable situation... probably wishing the ground would swallow them.

It also dispels the myth about people crazy over nude women... unless they are not supposed to see one for religious reasons.
