When I first read this statement, I was reminded of someone I know. In fact, any of us could have been guilty of being this somebody who always think that somebody else should have done this or that. But this person is more so because he is a loud speaker but lacks action. For those who cannot understand Bahasa Malaysia or English, I can understand their reluctance to go into a government department or company's office, but a retired teacher? Even with a telephone number given to him, he would rather expect someone else to do it instead. For all the criticisms of any government policy and implementation, he would not put his name to any petition which complains of it, because he thinks the politicians should be the ones who should be open about their opinions. But how would the government leaders know if everybody leaves it only to politicians? We have seen how effective the internet has been as alternative news providers and platforms for people to voice their opinions, which are largely left out of mainstream media. A lone voice, together with many others, could form a formidable chorus which the leaders cannot simply ignore. Just like in an examination, unless what the student knows has been written down, the examiner wouldn't know that. Let's hope more and more of us would voice out our opinions so that the politicians would respond accordingly.

Are you somebody?
When I first read this statement, I was reminded of someone I know. In fact, any of us could have been guilty of being this somebody who always think that somebody else should have done this or that.
