Birdie problems

This is supposed to be an extremely rare shot by someone, presumed by others as signifying a male who cannot stand a female's incessant rambling. But how could we tell which is male or female? Both could be males or females or even a female bird trying to shut up a noisy male!

While we twits tweet like the birds, this cartoonist sees a different problem with wireless technology which might affect the birds.
