Insurance plans are of course a good way of doing this, but they CAN get pretty complicated. Also, people often don’t have the time to get a health check, or sometimes just can’t afford an RM300 a month type policy. Others don’t like being told the specifics of HOW to spend their money, e.g. no alternative treatments etc.'
