For a change, buffaloes realized they could protect their young from predators, if they attack as a formidable group.

Lions attacked buffalo herd; caught a calf which fell in the river; a crocodile took the opportunity to tussle with the lions, but gave up; just when lions about to feast on the calf, the buffaloes came to rescue... and the calf survives!
