Is it 'once bitten, twice shy' for Malaysiakini?

I can confirm that I commented in Malaysiakini under their post headlined, 'PSC Chair slammed for pro-Lynas remarks' and it was not published. There were only 13 comments and it remained at that number, which is unusual. Though there was a notice:

Remember that all comments are linked back to your Malaysiakini subscription. In order to avoid someone else making comments using your account, please avoid sharing your password with others. the fact that there are now fewer comments shows that Mkini is now more careful, having to apologise to ex-SC Chairman and her husband for an article which was not checked for accuracy.

In case, they are wondering about my 3-year subscription, it was a gift from my daughter, Cheng, in Maastricht. So in their record, there was no payment received from me, the user. But I still think this was not the reason for not publishing my comment.

Update on my comment:
I missed the vital point on Lynas is suing a news portal and others...
http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2012/4/20/nation/20120420205053&sec=nation

This is more likely to discourage Mkini, especially when Nades of The Sun was ordered to pay half a million in damages in another case.

Update:
Steven Gan takes my complaint seriously...
"As a rule, Malaysiakini does not censor comments posted by our subscribers unless they violate the terms of use as stated in our website - 'Please note that foul language will not be tolerated. Comments that include profanity, personal attacks, and anti-social behaviour such as "spamming" and "trolling" will be removed.'

If you can send me the pseudonym which you use to post comments in Malaysiakini, I will personally investigate the matter."

"Yes, there could be a number of reasons why your comment did not go through. Should you have further problems, please do not hesitate to shoot me a note. "
