Is it gut feeling or are we being alarmist?

With the BN, there is no shame nor guilt in being a bully (BN stands for Buli Nasional?) or being blatantly corrupt or just shooting themselves in the foot.

PM, DPM and other Ministers often make stupid  or different statements which are confusing to the people. We cannot take any statement at face value, regardless of the person making it, the source of information or the medium it was carried. We have to wait for further statements, to be sure, but then again we are likely to be more confused by contradictions and even lies.

But the recent rushing of various Bills of Parliament, way past midnight (which required the stopping of the clock!) when there were less than 50 MPs around, takes the cake. The unholy haste showed their malice. One of them, concerns website owners and even bloggers like me. Basically, they have changed the law to presume us guilty unless we can prove our innocence, which is a total reverse of our original law which presumes us innocent unless proven guilty. The only good thing (if we can call it as one) is that any unknown blogger will get instant fame as a result of being charged for any such offence. By then, reaching over a million visitors for a blogsite will be guaranteed!
