In the UK they would shut the street down for 48 hours;
Take 48 hours to talk him out of it;
Spend £5 million giving him a fair trial; and
Pay his food and lodging for life AND give him a vote!
At the end of his sentence, if a foreigner, he is likely to be given an air ticket plus allowance as part of deportation procedure! No wonder UK is in dire straits.
