Joceline Tan, have you seen the photo...

used to compare with the sex video?

According to a Malaysiakini report:

'With regards to the video screen by 'Datuk T' The results of their reports "verified the authenticity of the video, that there was no tampering or any act of superimposing and that it originated from a DVR camcorder taken from Datuk Shazryl," said deputy public prosecutor Kamalluddin Md Said when reading the facts of the case in court on June 24.

Counsel Muhammad Shafee Abdullah showed a copy of the June 4 analysis to reporters the day of the trial but refused to allow the document to be reproduced.

The percentage of certainty was not included in the statement of facts read out in open court and the figure was blacked out in a copy of the statement obtained by Malaysiakini.
Neither professor verified the figure in the report with Malaysiakini.'

So far, nobody has confirmed in public that he or she has seen the photo used, and that particular photo has never been shown to the public. So how can we conclude that a genuine video clip (nobody seems to dispute that) which seems to fit with a photo (unseen by others) allegedly that of Anwar, is the truth and nothing but the truth?

The following video by Johari Abdul, 'Dalang Video Sex' explains why the man in it is not Anwar:
