Bersih Rally seems like a national game and motivational exercise

The 'game' is open to everyone who cares about Malaysia. Someone is supposed to start the game, and the rest is up to the players.

Start: Bersih suggested a rally on July 9.

Police outlawed Bersih and the rally and later, made 90 bench-warmers.

PM got worried about a huge turnout despite police warning that it is illegal and anyone who attended will be arrested. The King got worried too and advised both sides to negotiate. PM compromised by offering a stadium (which later turned out to be a huge lie when no permission would be granted and it was barricaded instead).

It is up to you, as a member of the public or an enforced bench-warmer, to decide what course of action to take given the situation.

The results have shown how the players have reacted to such a situation and the public can now tell from their actions whether they are No Action, Talk Only; brave ones who would take risk on a matter of principle, regardless of known consequences; opportunists who would try to gain brownie points by going against; bullies who used their power against defenceless people; liars who promised without keeping them; and so on.

I am sure we are now in a better position to choose national leaders at the next general election.
