when a certain issue (student caned for bringing food with pork sausage to school) takes priority over larger issues, and leads to unruly behaviour of Members of Parliament. MPs are supposed to be addressed as Honourable or Yang Berhormat, YB in short. Yet from what we can see in the video, it is difficult to address them as such.
