Reason for refusing a Rm30 million donation to UTAR...

could be as simple as this Rm200,000 cheque to fund Pakatan's legal expenses...

In our political narrow-mindedness, 'Either you are with us, or against us' seems highly probable.
The University Council should be held responsible for this missed opportunity to improve the quality of student life in the campus.

  1. As long as UTAR is run by a political body that uses this institution for political mileage, this will happen. Additionally a study should be done to find out the ownership of the residential and shophouses in the vicinity of UTAR (though such an exercise doesn't sound very feasible) to see if they are indeed owned by those affiliated with MCA.
