My attempt at reviewing their performance

Based on the letter in my previous post:

The staff in the Malaysian High Commission in Singapore are loyal and independent workers. They have both good communication and great presentation skills and uses logic on difficult jobs. They are also loyal and pay meticulous attention to detail, qualities which are of great value to the organisation.
