Three weeks ago, we went to MBPJ Aduan counter to complain about this overgrown tree behind the row of houses on Jalan 14/1 Petaling Jaya, because of the danger of the branches breaking and damaging the house roof. We were told to expect it to be done within 1 month, and only trimming of the branches, not cutting the tree. Fair enough. We thought our instruction was clear too.
