Being toiletwise

We have often come across the expression 'streetwise'. I have coined a word 'toiletwise' to mean the knowledge one needs to know when using public toilets, especially in Malaysia.

But first, do not underestimate chicken shit. They are valuable to the farmers as fertilizers to produce quality fruits and vegetables, and even to some small oil palm estates. Thus, they are sold and not thrown away by the chicken farmers like what many people think. But chicken shit attracts flies like bees to honey. I have been to dinners near estates in Ayer Tawar and I had to shoo flies with one hand while using my other hand to hold the chopsticks!
In Malaysia, most public toilets are equipped with a water hose, besides or rather in lieu of toilet tissues (because almost always, one has to rely on own tissues). But from my personal experience, before you do it big, it is better to try first to see if water flows from the hose! Otherwise, the picture below is a nightmare you will never forget!
