An example of Mayban2U phishing?

I have received an email purportedly from Maybank which looked suspicious to me and which I think could be an attempt at 'phishing':

from: maybank@tpm.com.my

with the following URL:
http://80.160.159.154/w/?mbb/m2u/common/M2ULogin.do?action=Login/

and the following Message:

Online Alert

Your Maybank account has been locked for security reasons (e.g you
may have exceeded the number you may login to your account or because
of too many failed login attempts ). You must authenticate again.
Please login at maybank to restore your account access.

Online: Login

    recently even jobstreet hasn't been spared, with emails asking members to verify details.
