When the dogma chases the karma...

it lands in the white house mah. That is, if dogs have karma in the first place. Here is one such lucky dog:

First Dog moves into White House
WASHINGTON, April 14 (Xinhua) -- To keep another promise made after he was elected, President Barack Obama officially welcomed the First Dog to the White House on Tuesday.
The 6-month-old Portuguese water dog arrived at the White House and was shown around by the First family.

In front of reporters and photographers, Obama said that he was very pleased with the puppy, which is "good-looking."
"He's got star quality," said the president.
First lady Michelle Obama did most of the walking of the dog on the lawn, accompanied by her husband and two daughters, Sasha and Malia.
After winning the presidential elections on Nov. 4, Obama promised his two daughters a puppy like most other children of the First Family in the U.S. history.
He has said earlier that he was looking for a dog that is a hypoallergenic breed producing fewer allergic reactions and from an animal shelter, which are often mixed-breeds.
Actually, I lost the joke that comes with the comic showing dog chasing the car. Anyway, here's from memory:
A husband asks his wife what she thinks of his chasing after young girls.
She replied that dogs chase after cars but they can't drive them, can they?
